A beautiful antique, wooden refurbished bureau, finished off in a lovely moody dark walnut wax. The different grains of wood to the bureau give it a lovely mixture of darker and lighter tones. This bureau has been well used and well looked after. The insides have been kept as original and it also features its original handles, which have been polished to reveal different shades of brass and copper. (We have kept it this way to add to the uniqueness of the piece!). A beautiful piece to use or have on display anywhere in your home!

Please note that this piece is not a brand new piece of furniture, it is an antique that has been refurbished. Whilst it has been carefully looked after, it has also been well used. This means that it has some signs of wear, and imperfections which we would class as character and not faults. This includes small scratches, scuffs or cracks within the items (that do not greatly affect its use), signs of use to the insides of drawers, cupboards etc, tarnished or differing colour of brassware.
